Content to Expand Mobile ASP(TM) Content Offering

extend its comprehensive content applications to Geoworks' Mobile ASP(TM)
clients.
Under the agreement, Geoworks will utilize iSyndicate's comprehensive
content applications to enhance the Geoworks Mobile ASP service, allowing its
customers to deliver an expanded content offering directly to wireless
devices. Geoworks' Mobile ASP solution provides companies with the technology
and services necessary to extend their operations, communications and customer
service initiatives to the mobile medium and achieve enhanced, immediate
business-to-consumer communications.
