WASHINGTON, May 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CarrAmerica Realty
Corporation (NYSE: CRE) today announced a 71,081 square foot lease to Allstate
Insurance Company (NYSE: ALL) at Dry Creek Corporate Center Building Three in
Englewood, Colorado. Allstate will occupy two and a half floors of the three-
story building.
