Corporation (Nasdaq: IMUL) reported today the signing of a license agreement
with Sankyo Co., Ltd. of Tokyo, Japan. The agreement covers certain patents
for recombinant proteins and peptides for the treatment of allergy to Japanese
cedar pollen. The agreement provides for a licensing fee, milestone payments,
and royalties to be paid to ImmuLogic by Sankyo Co., Ltd.
