summer, but the fun is just beginning for BURGER KING(R) Guests with the
opportunity to attend Magic Johnson's 19th annual "A Midsummer Night's Magic"
celebration in Los Angeles on July 31 and August 1, 2004.

A Midsummer Night's Magic celebration is an event to raise money for the
Taylor Michaels Scholarship program, which was developed to provide support
for deserving inner-city high school students who display strong potential for
academic achievement. Beyond benefiting an important cause, the weekend's
events include a variety of activities for people of all ages.
Participants will enjoy a unique concert gala that will include a variety
of music genres, serving as a tribute to one of the most inspirational moments
in American history, the Harlem Renaissance. The 2003 concert included
performances by Stevie Wonder, Chaka Khan and India.Arie, setting the standard
for the 2004 artists, to be named.
The weekend's festivities culminate with Magic's Charity and Celebrity
basketball games, played by some of the biggest names in the NBA, music, film,
and television.

to attend these events. Entry forms will be available at all participating
BURGER KING restaurants beginning Monday, May 24, and concluding Sunday, June
6. No purchase is necessary to enter, and Guests are encouraged to enter the
contest every time they visit a participating BURGER KING restaurant.

Memphis, Miami, Milwaukee, New Orleans, Norfolk, and Washington DC.
