Auditing Standards (SAS) 70 Type II Service Auditor's Report.
    The audit was performed by McGladrey & Pullen, LLP and
covered SOURCECORP's security and general information technology operational
controls, technical infrastructure and other key areas of its business
operations in 6 of the Company's domestic locations.
    SOURCECORP believes that it is one of the first Business Process
Outsourcing companies, with emphasis in the document management market, to
offer this level of assurance to its clients and prospects.  Completing the
