DSP Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: DSPG), a worldwide leader in developing and providing
solutions for the residential wireless market, was named "Stock of the Day" by
CNNfn, as a result of its significant company growth and recent strategic
acquisition of video technologies of Teleman Multimedia. DSP Group's Chairman
and CEO, Eli Ayalon, participated in an interview on CNNfn's "The Money Gang"
earlier this week to discuss the company's success.
According to CNNfn's stock editor, Fred Katayama, "DSP Group is a small,
fast-growing company with sales of $125 million last year ... Profits rose
59 percent in the first quarter to $4.3 million. DSP Group has a history of
generating earnings. Sales rose 37 percent in the latest quarter. The
company is also debt-free and cash-rich."
In the interview, DSP Group's Eli Ayalon discussed the recent acquisition
of Teleman Multimedia. According to Mr. Ayalon, this acquisition will enable
DSP Group to add video technologies to its products next year, allowing the
