(NYSE: RTNA, RTNB) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share
on both Class A and Class B common stock, to be paid on May 1, 2000 to
shareholders of record on April 3, 2000. The dividend rate is unchanged from
the previous quarter.
