MAUMEE, Ohio, May 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Andersons, Inc.
(Nasdaq: ANDE) and Marathon Oil Corporation (NYSE: MRO) will dedicate their

Construction on the facility began in November 2006.

"The dedication of this ethanol plant represents an additional 45 full

corn growers; and a local supply of distillers dried grains for area animal
farmers," says Neill McKinstray, vice president & general manager, Ethanol
Division for The Andersons. "We are grateful to Darke County, the City of
Greenville and the Greenville Economic Development office for their support
and commitment of this project."

"Our partnership in the Greenville facility, the largest ethanol plant
in Ohio, makes Marathon one of the first U.S. oil companies to initiate
ethanol production operations," said Gary R. Heminger, executive vice
president of Marathon Oil Corporation and president of the company's
refining, marketing and transportation operations. "Marathon has been
blending ethanol fuels for more than 15 years and is among the nation's
largest blenders of ethanol. We also are a leader in quality testing of
ethanol and a pioneer in creating the distribution infrastructure necessary
to make ethanol available in the Midwest and Southeast."

The Greenville, Ohio, plant was constructed by The Andersons Marathon
Ethanol LLC, a 50/50 joint venture between The Andersons Ethanol Investment
LLC, a subsidiary of The Andersons, Inc., and Marathon Renewable Fuels LLC,
a wholly owned subsidiary of Marathon Oil Corporation.
