HORSHAM, Pa., June 1 /PRNewswire/ -- GMAC Commercial Mortgage Company
(GMACCM) announced that it has opened a new regional office in Rochester, NY,
to provide commercial real estate and mortgage banking services to upstate
New York and parts of Pennsylvania.
Twelve-year-old First Monroe that has historically placed an average of
$100 million in loans annually opened today as GMAC Commercial Mortgage.
