CHICAGO, June 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Borg-Warner Security Corporation
(NYSE: BOR) today announced that John A. Edwardson, 49, president and chief
executive officer, has been named to the additional post of chairman. Joe
Adorjan, who previously held the position of chairman, will continue to serve
as a member of the board of directors.
In connection with the announcement, Joe Adorjan commented, "Since John
Edwardson joined the company in March, he has demonstrated his leadership
capabilities and has rapidly learned the security services business. I am
