CBS MarketWatch Inks Exclusive Deal With BarnesandNoble.com

  Premier Internet Financial Supersite Teams up With World's Largest Online
 Bookseller to Provide Consumers With Context-Sensitive Book Recommendations

    SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- CBS MarketWatch

announced an e-commerce agreement that makes BarnesandNoble.com

day. The long-term deal between the two companies includes revenue sharing
from transactions and a number of co-marketing and content sharing programs.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
