FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., June 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of
Directors of BankAtlantic Bancorp (NYSE: BBX), the parent company of
BankAtlantic, Levitt Corporation, and Ryan Beck & Co., has declared a cash
dividend of $0.031 per share on its Class A Common Stock. The Board set the
payment date for July 18, 2003 to all shareholders of record at the close of
trading on July 2, 2003.
