Commercial Metals Company Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
 
    IRVING, Texas, June 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of
Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend
of six cents per share on common stock to shareholders of record July 1, 2005.
The dividend will be paid July 15, 2005.
    This is the 163rd consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by Commercial
Metals Company.
