Combined Solution Will Offer One-Stop IPTV Solution for Global Tier 1
Carriers
SUNNYVALE, Calif., June 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Kasenna, The IPTV
Company(TM), today announced an agreement under which it will license its
PortalTV suite (including Kasenna LivingRoom and MediaBase XMP), to
Ericsson AB (Nasdaq: ERICY) for integration with Ericsson's broadband
access products. Together, Ericsson's networking products and Kasenna's
Portal TV suite will provide a fully-integrated, one-stop IPTV solution for
service providers.
The combined solution will provide an integrated network and IPTV
infrastructure carriers need to deliver advanced TV services such as
video-on- demand, network PVR, StartOver TV, and customizable electronic
programming guides (EPGs).
