Renovis to Present at Two Upcoming Investor Conferences

Inc. (Nasdaq: RNVS), today announced that Corey S. Goodman, Ph.D.,
President and Chief Executive Officer, will be presenting at the Goldman
Sachs Annual Healthcare Conference at The Ritz Carlton in Laguna Niguel,
California. The presentation will be webcast live via the internet on June
13, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. EDT. Additionally, John C. Doyle, Chief Financial
Officer, will be presenting a corporate update at the Needham & Company
Annual Biotechnology and Medical Technology Conference at the New York
Palace Hotel in New York City. The presentation will be webcast live via
