Stockholders on June 13, 2007 in the Learning Center Auditorium at the
Company's corporate headquarters in Calabasas, California. The Annual
Meeting is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. PDT (1:00 p.m. EDT) on June 13.
You must be a stockholder to attend the Annual Meeting. You may be
asked to present valid picture identification, such as a driver's license
or passport, before being admitted to the Annual Meeting. If you hold your
shares in "street name," you will also need proof of ownership to be
admitted to the Annual Meeting.
