US Airways Starts Service to Zurich, Switzerland From Its Philadelphia Hub

Zurich Is One of Three New European Destinations for US Airways This Summer

    TEMPE, Ariz., June 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- US Airways (NYSE: LCC)
adds to its impressive list of European destinations with the start of new
service today to Zurich, Switzerland from its hub in Philadelphia.

    In addition to Zurich, US Airways also initiated new service to Athens,
Greece which began on May 25 and Brussels, Belgium which started on June 1.
The airline also began serving the following seasonal markets: Stockholm,
Lisbon, Shannon, Venice, Barcelona and Glasgow. In total, US Airways serves
19 European cities with 22 daily flights.
    "This is the second year in a row that we've added three new European
destinations and Zurich marks the third new European destinations we've
added in as many weeks. We look forward to adding even more service in the
coming years specifically from our international gateway at Philadelphia
International Airport," said US Airways President Scott Kirby.
    Flight details for the service are as follows:
