White Plains as part of the Raytheon Travel Air Open House. The Open House
will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will consist of the Beechjet 400A, Hawker
800XP and King Air B200.
Raytheon Travel Air, a Raytheon Aircraft company, is an aircraft
fractional ownership company headquartered in Wichita. The fractional
ownership program allows the owner to purchase a share of an airplane. How
much of a share is determined by how many hours the owner expects to use the
airplane annually. Although the customer owns a fraction of just one
aircraft, the owner can migrate, moving up or down to another model in the
fleet to satisfy the needs of a particular mission.
Raytheon Travel Air is one element in Raytheon Aircraft's total air
transportation solution, which is comprised of aircraft manufacturing, new and
used aircraft sales, special mission capability, aircraft fractional
ownership, a nationwide network of fixed-base operations, worldwide parts
distribution, and charter and management services. Raytheon Aircraft had
revenues of $2.7 billion in 1999.
