PLANO, Texas, June 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Perot Systems
Corporation (NYSE: PER) and New West Health Services -- Montana's second
largest health services corporation -- today announced an agreement in
which Perot Systems will host New West's enterprise core administrative
system (CAS), and also will migrate its current Perot Systems DIAMOND 950
(TM) software to Perot Systems Xcelys 5.0 software, all while experiencing
uninterrupted health administration for its plans members during the
transition. Specific terms of the 5-year deal were not disclosed.
