Chuck Fallon Joins Burger King Corporation as President of North America

MIAMI, FL USA
    MIAMI, June 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Chuck Fallon has joined Burger
King Corporation (NYSE: BKC) as president of North America, it was
announced today by John W. Chidsey, CEO of BKC. Fallon, who will report to
Chidsey, most recently served as executive vice president of revenue
generation for Cendant Car Rental Group Inc., the parent company of Budget
Rent A Car and Avis Rent A Car. His BKC appointment is effective Monday,
June 19.

    In his most recent role with Cendant, Fallon led Cendant Car Rental
Group's global corporate, international and travel industry sales, as well
as marketing, pricing and yield management.

    Fallon joined Cendant in 1998 and was responsible for the Preferred
Alliance Group and Cendant Supplier Services, which focused exclusively on
rolling out programs for Cendant's various franchisees. Before assuming his
role at Avis, he served as chief operating officer of Cendant Membership
Services, a $700 million direct marketing unit where he played a key role
in executing the management buy-out of the Cendant Membership Services by
Trilegiant Corporation.
    Fallon was previously a director in the investment banking division of
Salomon Smith Barney. He also worked in finance and banking positions for
Hoare Govett and Prudential-Bache Capital Funding.
    Fallon holds a degree in accounting and finance from McMurry University
in Abilene, Texas, and earned an MBA from Columbia University.
