WASHINGTON, June 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CarrAmerica Realty
Corporation (NYSE: CRE) today announced the award of three new property
management contracts in Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia, bringing the
company's third party management portfolio to a total of 6.4 million square
feet in this metropolitan area.

The contracts include:
* 919 18th Street, a 103,100 square foot, 10-story office building in
downtown Washington, D.C.
* 1735 N. Lynn Street, a 276,096 square foot, 12-story office building in
the Rosslyn submarket of Arlington, Virginia. CarrAmerica is providing
property management and construction management for the property.
* 8550 Arlington Boulevard in Fairfax, Virginia, a 45,000 square foot
office building. CarrAmerica will provide property management and
construction management for the property.
