MINNEAPOLIS, June 15 /PRNewswire/ -- GMAC-RFC (Residential Funding
Corporation), a leader in warehouse lending, today announced it will open a
Denver office to provide warehouse lending options and programs to mortgage
bankers in the Rocky Mountain and Midwest regions.
Jerry Davis, a former U.S. Bank senior vice president, Mortgage Warehouse
division, will lead the new Denver office. Davis started at GMAC-RFC in early
June as a regional manager. Bruce Hernandez, a former U.S. Bank vice president
in the Mortgage Warehouse division, has also joined the Denver warehouse
lending team.

best possible service to our customers in the Rocky Mountain and Midwest
regions, and we believe there is tremendous growth opportunity in this

Currently, GMAC-RFC services the Rocky Mountain and Midwest regions
through its warehouse lending operations on both the East and West Coasts. The
new Denver office will enable GMAC-RFC to better service mortgage bankers in
those regions.
