PowerHouse Technologies Launches New Channel Partner Program to Increase Partner Opportunities Through Training, Sales and Marketing

Three Regional Sales Directors Appointed to Coordinate New Initiative

SAN RAMON, Calif., June 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- POWERHOUSE
TECHNOLOGIES GROUP, INC. (OTC Bulletin Board: PWHT.PK), an innovative
developer of mobile computing solutions, today announced a new partner program
designed to establish high-value partnerships with resellers, solution
providers, independent software vendors (ISVs), and value-added resellers
(VARs).
This new go-to-market channel program includes extensive training, sales
and marketing support to help partners succeed in selling the PowerHouse
Technologies' flagship Migo product line and software solutions.
Migo (http://www.4migo.com), introduced to the marketplace in September 2003, is
a unique mobile computing system that fits in a pocket or on a keychain and
enables computer users to easily transport and access their personalized
desktop environment, files and Outlook e-mail on any computer.
The new PowerHouse Technologies channel program offers two levels of
participation for valued partners:

    Affiliate Partner
An affiliate partner focuses on small- to medium-sized businesses and
provides basic sales and the first level of technical support. An affiliate
partner is required to complete a partner agreement and receives benefits
including online training, access to online marketing tools, inside telephone
support, and standard technical support.

    Premier Partner
A premier partner's sales focus is on small- to medium-sized businesses as
well as enterprise clients. To achieve premier partner status, an organization
must complete a partner agreement and must also maintain technical support as
well as outside sales personnel on staff who are trained and certified on Migo
applications.
Premier partner benefits include a listing as a certified dealer on the
4Migo.com Web site, online support and marketing tools, inside telephone sales
support, priority technical support, outside account management, bid-desk
support, sales lead programs, and a sales-volume-based quarterly incentive
program.

"The market potential for mobile information is huge, and Migo is a unique
product that taps into that potential," said Joshua Feller, president of
PowerHouse Technologies, Americas. "Our new partnership program is designed to
provide a comprehensive package of tools and training that allows partners to
take advantage of this fast-growing mobile information market."
To support the new program and provide sales assistance resources,
PowerHouse Technologies has added three regional sales directors to its team.
Under the new partnership program, regional sales directors will be available
to make joint sales calls with partners and will work with premier partners to
distribute and close sales leads.
In the eastern region, Elizabeth Sun joins as regional sales director for
PowerHouse Technologies. A technology industry veteran with more than 16 years
of experience, Ms. Sun joins PowerHouse Technologies from eSun Consulting
Group where she was founder and industry analyst. Prior to that, Ms. Sun
served as senior program director, electronic business strategies for META
Group.
In the central region, Melanie Harris joins PowerHouse Technologies as
regional sales director. Ms. Harris, who previously served as co-founder and
business development executive with Career Endeavors LLC, brings more than 20
years of sales experience and a track record of building successful
relationships with channel partners and customers to the company. Ms. Harris
also served as director of North America enterprise sales for RealNetworks.
And, in the western region, Matthew Morris is the new regional sales
director for PowerHouse Technologies. Mr. Morris has 14 years of experience in
sales and operations and joins PowerHouse Technologies from Dantz Development,
Inc. where he served as North American distribution manager. Prior to that,
Mr. Morris served as senior account manager, channel sales for Dantz.
PowerHouse Technologies has also recently added additional resources to
its in-house sales team to support the program.
"Our bottom line goal with this new partner program is to establish high-
value relationships which benefit our partners and ultimately our customers
and shareholders," said Mr. Feller.
