Primal Solutions, Inc. Announces New VP of Sales and GM of Billing Operations

  FTTx Providers, Large MSOs and Commercial Services Providers Will Benefit

    SAN ANTONIO, SCTE Cable-Tec Expo, June 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Primal
Solutions Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PSOL), is pleased to formally announce the
addition of Gordon K. Gilson, Jr. (Sam) to its senior management team.  Gilson
joins Primal from Dalton Utilities where he served as Vice President of
Communications and Technology.  While at Dalton Utilities, Gilson was
responsible for the successful rollout of "OptiLink(TM)", a Dalton Utilities'
Fiber-to-the-User (FTTx) project.  He also oversaw operations including
telecom services; information systems; inbound customer service and field
services; billing, meter reading and meter service.
    Throughout his career, Mr. Gilson has established a strong track record of
selling and managing sales for telecommunications equipment manufacturers and
service providers.  Past roles have included Telecommunications Consultant
with Black & Veatch, Regional Vice President of Sales at World Wide Packets,
Inc., and Area Sales Director for Nortel Networks.
    At Primal, Gilson will be responsible for direct sales with a focus on new
business.  According to Gilson, "Since I myself was a client of Primal's, I am
