Company (NYSE: RTN) announced today that it will distribute warrants on
June 16, 2006 in connection with the settlement previously announced on May
13, 2004, of the "In re Raytheon Company Securities Litigation," Case No.
99-12142-PBS, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
The warrants will be listed for trading on the New York Stock Exchange
as of June 16, 2006 under the symbol "RTN WS."
