COLUMBIA, Md., June 17 /PRNewswire/ -- GSE Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: GSES), a
leading global provider of process control and simulation solutions to the
energy, process and manufacturing industries, today announced the completion
of the relocation of its Maryland operations.
In order to better meet its expected facilities requirements, GSE Systems
has relocated into two separate Maryland facilities. One of these facilities
is in Columbia, Md. (approximately 53,000 square feet) and is occupied by the
operations of the Company's GSE Power Systems unit, its Oil & Gas unit, as
well as its corporate headquarters. The other facility is in Baltimore, Md.
(approximately 33,000 square feet) and is occupied by the operations of the
Company's Process Control unit. GSE Systems' operations in Maryland were
previously conducted from a facility of approximately 154,000 square feet in
Columbia, Md. The Company believes it can achieve an annualized savings in
excess of $1 million through the implementation of these relocations.
