Health Fitness Corporation Signs Management Agreement With Underwriters Laboratories Inc.

    MINNEAPOLIS, June 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --
    Health Fitness Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: HFIT) announced today that
it has been selected by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) to manage a new
health fitness center on UL's Northbrook, Illinois campus beginning July 1,
2002.
    The new 7,000 square foot health fitness center will feature first-class
facilities, a wide array of strength and aerobic exercise equipment and will
offer group activity classes, professional trainers and a variety of wellness
programs.
