control solutions announces that Dr. Roger Hagengruber has been elected to the
Board of Directors, increasing the Board total by 1 to 8 members.
Dr. Hagengruber is Senior Vice-President for National Security at Sandia
National Laboratories where he has served as an officer for over 15 years. In
his current position, he oversees some $350M of activities in arms control,
satellite and sensor systems, security, and international programs that
include an extensive set of projects within the states of the former Soviet
Union. He has had a broad career in engineering and policy including many
areas that overlap GSE's strategic technology and market interests.
Dr. Hagengruber holds B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from the University of
Wisconsin with his doctorate in nuclear physics. He is a graduate of the
Industrial College of the Armed Forces and has pursued graduate work in
political science. For the past 25 years, he has been Adjunct Professor of
Political Science at the University of New Mexico where he teaches in areas
related to international conflict and arms control.
