Commercial Metals Company Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
 
    IRVING, Texas, June 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors
of Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) has declared a quarterly cash
dividend of nine cents per share on common stock to shareholders of record
July 6, 2007. The dividend will be paid July 20, 2007.
    This is the 171st consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by
Commercial Metals Company.
