Continental Airlines Announces Pricing Of Public Equity Offering

    HOUSTON, June 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Continental Airlines, Inc.
(NYSE: CAL) today announced the pricing of a public offering of 11 million
shares of its Class B Common Stock at a price to the public of $14.80 per
share. Continental has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase
an additional 1,650,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if
any. Continental expects the issuance and delivery of the shares to occur
on June 25, 2008.

    UBS Investment Bank is acting as sole underwriter for the offering.

also be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and will be
