Aerocast Forms Influential Broadband Advisory Board Appointing Leo Hindery, Jr. and Mark L. Schneider

     Industry Leaders Selected to Provide Strategic Insight and Direction
                  To Fast-Track Company and Sector At Large

    LONG BEACH, Calif., (Streaming Media West Show), June 20 /PRNewswire/ --
Aerocast, Inc., a secure streaming media services company funded by Motorola,
Inc. (NYSE: MOT) and Liberty Satellite, L.L.C., today announced the formation
of an advisory board, comprising global broadband leaders, to provide
strategic guidance to the growing company.  In addition, the influential board
will serve as an industry-wide resource to address critical issues facing the
ever-dynamic broadband services market.  Broadband, telecommunication and
streaming media companies, along with press and analyst communities, stand to
benefit from the deep insight and perspective endowed by the new Aerocast
board.
    The first members named to the Aerocast board are: Leo J. Hindery, Jr.,
formerly president and CEO of AT&T Broadband and its predecessor, TCI;
chairman and CEO of GlobalCenter Inc.; and now chairman of HL Capital, Inc.,
his family-owned investment and charitable organization; and
Mark L. Schneider, chief executive officer and chairman of United Pan-Europe
Communications (UPC), the largest and one of the most innovative broadband
communication companies in Europe.

    Headquartered in Amsterdam, UPC owns and operates the largest pan-European
group of broadband communications networks.  UPC provides cable television,
telephony, high-speed Internet access and programming services in 18 countries
across Europe and in Israel.  As of March 31, 2001, UPC's cable networks
passed 10.8 million homes delivering basic cable television services to
7.2 million subscribers.  Prior to joining UPC in 1997, Schneider was
vice president of UnitedGlobalCom, Inc., and president and CEO of UIH
(United International Holdings).  From 1992 to 1996, he held top positions,
including President, at UnitedGlobalCom, Inc., the largest international
broadband communications provider of video, voice and data services, with
operations in 25 countries.
    Hindery has a long and impressive history in the media and
telecommunications industries.  Before joining his family's investment
organization, Hindery served as chairman and CEO of GlobalCenter Inc. before
it was acquired by Exodus Communications, Inc. in January 2001.  Prior to
joining GlobalCenter, Hindery was president and CEO of AT&T Broadband, the
business unit responsible for all of AT&T's domestic local telephony, video
and Internet operations, and of its predecessor, Tele- Communications, Inc.
(TCI).
    In addition, Hindery serves on several corporate and charitable boards,
including: GT Group Telecom Inc.; Keynote Systems, Inc.; TD Waterhouse Group;
the Daniels Fund; the Library of Congress Trust Fund; and Teach for America.
He is also vice chairman of the Museum of Television & Radio, a member of the
Stanford Business School Advisory Council, and a trustee of Hampton
University.  He holds an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of
Business.
