Host Communications, Inc. President Also Elected to the Bull Run Board of
Directors

Bull Run Corporation (Nasdaq: BULL) has announced that effective July 1,
2003, Gordon D. Whitener, President and Chief Operating Officer of Host
Communications, Inc. ("HOST"), Bull Run's wholly owned operating subsidiary,
will assume the role of HOST's Chief Executive Officer. Bull Run's Board of
Directors also recently elected Mr. Whitener as a Director of Bull Run.
W. James Host, founder of HOST, will continue to serve as HOST's Chairman and
a member of Bull Run's Board of Directors.

Southeast. USCT events, now operated by HOST, are held in six states and are
featured attractions at NASCAR Winston Cup race locations. Previously,
Whitener was president and chief executive officer of Interface Americas.
Under his leadership, Interface experienced record sales and profit growth,
and in 1998, Whitener was recognized as one of "Georgia's Top 40 (Executives)
Under 40" by Georgia Trend Magazine. He worked as an undergraduate in the
athletic department at the University of Tennessee and served as graduate
assistant football coach and Director of Athletic Recruiting at Oklahoma State
University.

provides affinity, multimedia, promotional and event management services to
universities, athletic conferences, associations and corporations. Bull Run
