Five Chapters of The First Tee to host "Humana Days" to promote character
education
ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla., June 20 /PRNewswire/ -- The First Tee today announced
a partnership with Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM), in support of The First Tee's
mission to impact the lives of young people through character development and
life-enhancing values associated with the game of golf. Through this
partnership, Humana will donate more than $150,000 to The First Tee on both
the local and national levels and create mentoring opportunities with Humana
associates.

Five Chapters of The First Tee will host "Humana Days" at their facility
in association with PGA TOUR and Nationwide Tour events. A skills challenge
emphasizing The First Tee Nine Core Values - confidence, courtesy, honesty,
integrity, judgment, perseverance, respect, responsibility and sportsmanship -
will be featured at each site.
"Humana Days" are designed to raise awareness for The First Tee and create
synergy between Humana associates and The First Tee participants. Humana is
dedicated to cultural development in communities where the company has a
significant presence.

The First Tees of San Antonio and Miami will host "Humana Days" later in
the year. Humana's headquarters in Louisville, Ky., will be the site of the
final event featuring a mentoring program involving Humana associates and
participants of The First Tee of Louisville.
