executive vice president of MTI Technology Corporation (Nasdaq: MTIC), a

As the executive vice president of MTI, Rick Ruskin has more than 18 years
experience in the computer storage industry. He first joined MTI in 1990 as
the northeast regional sales manager. During his time as sales manager
between 1990 and 1994, he won the Sales Manager of the Year Award from 1991 to
1994. In 1994, Mr. Ruskin was promoted to area vice president, then later to
senior vice president of sales and marketing in 1997.
Prior to joining MTI, Mr. Ruskin served in senior management positions at
Systems Industries Corporation, a computer data storage company. Mr. Ruskin
earned a master's degree from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree from
the University of Colorado.
