Toronto-based software solutions provider to the global insurance industry,
announced today that the largest mono-line plate glass insurer in the United
States has signed an agreement to implement the WebWriter BackOffice system
and a comprehensive internet portal for its national insurance operations.
    Established in 1991 and with a head office in Westchester, Illinois and
branches in New York and Florida, USPlate Glass Insurance Company is an AM
Best "A-" (Excellent) rated insurer. The company provides specialized glass
insurance coverage for commercial markets as well as condominium, hotel and
special group packages. USPlate also offers 24-hour emergency claims handling
through its affiliate, Massplate Agency.

internet portal developed by ISI. The portal allows users to obtain
quotations, issue policies as well as file, monitor and adjudicate claims.
    The portal is integrated into ISI's WebWriter BackOffice enterprise
system, a software solution for property and casualty insurers which
facilitates all key back office workflow procedures including accounting,
reinsurance and claims. The unique design of the system allows for fast
implementation while reducing total cost of ownership by simplifying system
administration.
