'When-Issued' Shares Begin Trading for IMS Health and Nielsen Media Research; Cognizant Spin-Off Effective July 1, 1998

    WESTPORT, Conn., June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Shares of IMS HEALTH and Nielsen
Media Research begin trading on a "when-issued" basis today on the New York
Stock Exchange and on the Nasdaq National Market.  IMS HEALTH and Nielsen
Media Research will be independent, public companies with the spin-off of IMS
HEALTH from Cognizant Corporation on July 1, 1998.
    On the New York Stock Exchange, shares of IMS HEALTH will trade under the
symbol "RX," and shares of Nielsen Media Research will trade under the symbol
"NMR."  On the Nasdaq National Market, "when-issued" shares of IMS HEALTH will
trade under the symbol "IMSHV," and "when-issued" shares of Nielsen Media
Research will trade under the symbol "NMDRV".
    "Regular-way" trading of both issues is expected to begin on July 1, 1998
on the New York Stock Exchange.
