Premier Bancshares Declares Second Quarter Dividend
 
    ATLANTA, June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Premier Bancshares, Inc. (Amex: PMB) has
declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.08 per share.  The Company declared
the dividend payable to shareholders of record as of June 30, 1998.  The
dividend is to be paid July 14, 1998.
    Premier is a multi-bank holding company with total assets of approximately
$910,000,000 and has 35 offices located throughout the southeast.
