NEW YORK, June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE: SLG) today
reported that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend distribution of
$0.35 per common share for the quarter ended June 30, 1999. The dividend is
payable July 15, 1999 to shareholders of record on the close of business on
June 30, 1999.
This distribution reflects the regular quarterly dividend and is
equivalent to an annualized distribution of $1.40 per share. Based on
yesterday's closing price, the common share annualized dividend yield is 7.0%.
The Company's Board of Directors has also declared on the Company's Series
A Preferred Stock for the quarter ended June 30, 1999 of $0.50 per share,
payable July 15, 1999 to shareholders of record on June 30, 1999.
This distribution reflects the regular quarterly dividend and represents
an annualized distribution of $2.00 per share.
