Commercial Metals Company Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
 
    IRVING, Texas, June 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors
of Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) has declared a quarterly cash
dividend of twelve cents per share on common stock to shareholders of
record July 3, 2008. The dividend will be paid July 18, 2008.

    This is the 175th consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by
Commercial Metals Company.
