TRACER PETROLEUM CORPORATION (OTC Bulletin Board: TCXXF)("Tracer" or the
"Company") reports that at today's Annual General Meeting, all resolutions
were approved by the shareholders, and the following incumbent Directors were
re-elected for the ensuing year:
-- Larry W. Youell
-- Stephen T. Jacobs
-- David R. Robinson
-- David G. Wilson
Robert Fearon did not stand for re-election. The Board of Directors of
the Company wishes to thank Mr. Fearon for the many years of service that he
gave to Tracer.
The Company continues to focus on securing the rights to one or more
significant upstream petroleum development projects in the Islamic Republic of
Iran. In this regard, Tracer has identified a number of available petroleum
projects in Iran which are commercially attractive, and these are being
pursued in conjunction with potential partners in Iran as well as potential
partners from the petroleum industry at large.
Tracer is also investigating potential upstream petroleum project
acquisitions in other international regions outside of Iran.
