CLEVELAND, June 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Noveon Kalama has announced that
effective July 15, 2002, it will increase prices on K-Flex(TM) plasticizers by
$.02 per pound and where contracts allow.

This increase is necessitated by continued higher manufacturing costs
including raw materials.
