Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20
per outstanding share of common stock to be paid on August 4, 2003 to
shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 7, 2003. The
dividend rate is unchanged from the previous quarter.
