Corporation (NYSE: ALL) announced today that it has renewed its $575 million,
364-day credit facility. The renewal was led by BNY Capital Markets, Inc. and
The Bank of New York will continue to act as administrative agent.
Allstate also has a $575 million five-year credit facility in which The
Bank of New York acts as the administrative agent. That facility is scheduled
to expire in June 2006.
