Manal Morsy, M.D., Ph.D. as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs. In this
role, Dr. Morsy will be responsible for leading PTC's regulatory affairs
activities for PTC124, PTC299, and future clinical programs.

her tenure at Tibotec, Dr. Morsy served as Director of Worldwide Regulatory
Affairs for Merck & Co., where she supported new regulatory filings in the
US and abroad, as well as supplemental filings for previously approved
products.
