Almost Family to the 2,000 equity stocks included in the Russell Microcap
Index.
The Russell indexes, which are used as benchmarks by investment
managers and institutional investors, are reconstituted each year by
capturing the 4,000 largest U.S. stocks, based on market capitalization, as
of the end of May. The top 1,000 go into the large-cap Russell 1000 Index,
the next 2,000 join the small-cap Russell 2000 Index, and companies
#2,001-4,000 are listed in the Russell Microcap Index of which Almost
Family will be a part.
