CEPH) today announced that its Research and Development Day in New York
City, to be held on June 28, 2007, will be webcast live on the investor

    Cephalon's senior management will review the company's product pipeline
and discuss research and development initiatives. The presentations will be
delivered on Thursday, June 28, 2007 beginning at approximately 12:00 p.m.
