Dr. Raj Kamboj has joined the company as President -- New Chemical Entity
Research. This reflects the Company's commitment to continually strengthen
its team by attracting the best talent globally.
Raj is an eminent scientist from the world of drug discovery. He is a
PhD from University of Adelaide, Australia & joins Lupin from Xenon
Pharmaceuticals Inc., Vancouver, where he had been working for the past 5
years. He has returned to India after 26 years and brings with him a wide
range of experience in the field of Drug Discovery & Clinical development.
Prior to Xenon, he was working with Allelix, Canada. In both companies Raj
was instrumental in taking the companies from the inception of the drug
discovery group all the way to multiple licensing transactions and
collaborations.
