Award Recognizes CSG's Market Share Growth, Innovative Marketing Strategies
and Solutions for Service Providers

announced that Frost & Sullivan has bestowed the Billing Solutions Vendor of
the Year award to CSG's Asia Pacific region.

The award was bestowed upon CSG following a rigorous process in which
Frost & Sullivan and a panel of independent judges from the telecommunications
industry across the region measured billing vendor performance in a number of
areas in 2004, including market share, product innovation and new customer
wins.
Frost & Sullivan cited CSG's success in continuing to grow its customer
base in the Asia Pacific region with six new client contracts in 2004,
combined with its market share gains and penetration of its Kenan FX framework
of solutions in the marketplace as the key reasons for honoring CSG.
Frost & Sullivan estimated that by the end of 2004, CSG was supporting a
total subscriber base of 80 million in Asia Pacific across all technologies;
wireless, fixed line, broadband and cable and that in the same year the
company's new customer wins increased its market share in the billing arena to
28 percent -- up from 21 percent the previous year.
This most recent award comes on the heels of numerous recent accolades for
the region and the company overall. This is the second time in the last three
years that Frost & Sullivan has honored CSG for its best practices and
leadership in the billing solutions segment in Asia Pacific. It is the second
time this year in which CSG has been honored by Frost & Sullivan. In January,
CSG was given the Product Leadership Award in recognition of CSG's leading
Kenan FX framework of solutions. The award ranks CSG as No. 1 in worldwide
billing software license sales in 2004. In addition, CSG's success in the
marketplace was honored with the "Best Overall Company Award" from
Telestrategies Billing World in May.
