Southeastern Chapter of the Legal Marketing Association Announces 2006 Annual Conference

    ATLANTA, June 27 /PRNewswire/ -- The Southeastern Chapter of the Legal
Marketing Association (LMASE) is pleased to announce that the 2006 LMASE
Annual Conference will be held Sept. 28-29, 2006 at the Westin Savannah
Harbor Golf Resort and Spa in Savannah, Ga. The conference theme is "Recipe
for Success."
    The conference boasts attendance of more than 120 marketing
professionals, attorneys and other industry leaders. By bringing together
members of the Southeastern legal marketing community, the LMASE conference
seeks to educate attendees and encourage the development of their recipes
for success.
    Lin Wood, a Partner at Powell Goldstein LLP, is the keynote speaker for
the opening session. Wood has advised clients in many national, high
profile cases. Wood served as the lead civil attorney for Richard Jewell,
who was once at the center of the investigation into the Centennial Olympic
Park bombings. He also represented the Ramsey family in matters relating to
the murder of JonBenet Ramsey in Boulder, Colorado.
    In another general session, Marsha Redmon, President of M Group
Communications, will discuss "Presentation Skills for Legal Marketers: How
to Make Partners Sit Up and Listen." Redmon is a former practicing attorney
and award-winning journalist specializing in teaching lawyers and other
executives to effectively communicate with the media, clients and each
other.
