LEXINGTON, Mass., June 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Raytheon Company
(NYSE: RTNA, RTNB) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share
on both Class A and Class B common stock, to be paid on Aug. 7, 2000 to
shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 10, 2000. The
dividend rate is unchanged from the previous quarter.
